le stanze sono un pò piccole e le finestre dallo sull'interno, ma la situazione nell'insieme risulta accogliente. La posizione è ottima.

The hotel location is excellent, in the heart of Santa Cruz. The people at the reception are very nice and helpful. Albeit quite small, my room was perfectly clean. My only regret is the lack of personality of the hotel in general and the room in particular. Once you are in the room -which doesn't face the street but a sort of patio- you could be anywhere in the world. Some more "couleur locale", like in many hostals I went by when roaming the city, would be nice. Otherwise,I was quite happy with my stay.

Respecto al alojamiento, simplemente deciros que estaba bastante bien tanto en instalaciones (solo que la habitación un poco pequeña) pero por lo demás muy bien, la atención al cliente exquisita.
