El Rinconcillo

Located near to the Santa Catalina church, El Rinconcillo is Seville’s oldest and most famous bar. Dating back to 1670 with beautiful old decor including ceiling beams, marble tables and a wooden top bar where the barman will chalk up your tab. You can have a full meal here or just enjoy a beer. You can’t come to Seville and not visit this bar!

This is, without a doubt, Seville’s most popular Irish bar and a favourite with the tourists. You’ll hear all sorts of languages being spoken among the clientele and things can get quite rowdy as the night wears on. Obviously a wide selection of Irish beers and a Big Screen TV showing important sporting events.

This rustic-looking bar is based in an old “carboneria” and becomes very popular in the summer because it has a terrace out the back. A mixed nationality crowd and free music, free Flamenco from time to time.

A cool little shot bar with shots (or “chupitos” as they are known here) at reasonable prices that are named after famous celebrities. A fun bar that has recently been redecorated.
