Tapas are tantalising little appetizers that can be ordered in most bars in Andalusia and that are often offered for free when you buy a drink. Tapas are a great way of trying lots of different little dishes and it is a good idea to go with friends and share the dishes as some of the portions may be a little filling and there art so many to try! If you are travelling on a budget, you may wish to do a tour of the Tapas bars rather than going to a restaurant. The most typical Tapas offered are tasty, locally produced olives and ham, ideally all washed down with a cold beer or a glass of Jerez !
