Vintage posters depicting Flamenco dancers, Bull-fighters and magnificent Spanish Stallions can be seen dotted around the city of Seville during the lead up to the Feria de Abril and can be bought as souvenirs from most tourist shops. Traditional costume plays an important role in this typically Spanish celebration. Many men wear a “traje de corto” which consists of a short jacket, tight trousers and boots, while the local girls dress up in ornate spotted dresses in bright colours, known as “Faralaes”. The next fair is to be held on April 20th 2009.
